Chinese police discovered a batch of 10 ton tofu made with bleach and other unsafe ingredients, reports International Business Times.

Police suspect that at least another 100 tons of the “toxic” tofu could have been put on the market, according to IBTimes.

A gang in eastern China reportedly produced the food, using chemicals like pure rongalite, a bleaching agent, to make the tofu shinier and chewier. Police have apprehended four men in the case, reports IBTimes.
